We all have dreams and goals that we would like to accomplish. As we grow, we change our minds to what we really want to study. Many decide on a shorttechnical course in order to start working or a business of their own in a short time. Others make the decision to go to a university to reach their goals andothers simply choose to do nothing. Of those who choose to study a profession, only some stay on the path and complete studying.

I have decided to go tocollege to pursue a career and receive a bachelor’s degree in Radiology. It’s a profession that has always interested me. There are a couple of areas thatI would like to specialize in. One of the fields is Sonograms. It has always intrigued me how a machine can let us see inside the human body.

Anotherfield of interest in Radiology is Mammograms. Although in the same field of Radiology, it is completely different from Sonograms. Mammograms are more inX-rays than actually seeing inside the human body.

Since I will graduate from high school this coming May, 2013, soon I must begin deciding what area I willspecialize in, whether it is in Sonograms or Mammograms. I have researched universities that offer this field of study in the Arroyo, PR area and foundUniversity Interamericana, Ponce, PR; Ponce Paramedical College, Ponce, PR.

Once I graduate from university, I would love to work in the Arroyo, PR area to beable to assist and help individuals needing these sorts of exams and place their mind at ease since folks tend to get nervous when having these tests done.
