Playing sports is very important for being healthy. Doctors say that swimming is one the most complete sports.

Everysummer, many people join swimming, especially children. They are very excited and try their best to learn. Furthermore, they go to swim every day. Is it because ofthe hot? Most likely yes, because the day that it’s cloudy and cold, you can only see the monitor in the pool, spending the hours until he’s able to go.

Thehigh demand in summer it’s obvious, but what about the rest of the year? Normally the pools often offer weekly classes of one to three days. I don’t understandwhy swimming companies don’t give the possibility of intensive workshops, namely, every day as in the summer.

Another point I like to highlight in a swimmingclass is the material used. Its use it’s very important for the child to learn how to swim but I want to clarify that this type of support simply helps him.The exercises that the monitor tells him to do have to be done in a proper way and many times until he makes them perfectly and is not able to forget them,therefore, one of the biggest mistakes is that swimmers only practise the sport on summer and are likely to forget everything they learned during the rest of theyear. 

Finally, I want to say that swimming is very important. Many people die each year because they don’t even know how to float. It is true that not all thepeople like this sport, but we must keep in mind that you never know when we'll have to give a few strokes to the wall to save our own lives and even others’.
