Streghts
* No need to learn or to record multiple customer centers phone numbers.
* Our company will be the easiest interface between the customerand many other different companies belonging to different sectors.
* Our call center provides customized attention, avoiding wasting time surfing within vocal menus and its dialing options.
*Direct number to dial to reach multilanguages operators (French, Spanish, Hebrew, English, Russian, Arab)
* The service we would like to offer ensures a fast, efficient and very qualified attentionto the customer that in very short laps of time will be in touch with the right person /department able to solve the problem or to satisfy the customer request.
* Our net will cover national area,unique number for all territory. For instance a booking request for Dan Hotel chain will be attended regardless is about Jerusalem or Tel Aviv.

Weakness
* Overloading of coming calls versusavailable operators. It could be difficult to increase the operator number at the same speed then the increasing volume calls we expect.
* Our company is limited because we offer our service only tobiggest Israeli companies which do not compete with each other. This makes our company cannot always respond favorably to the expectations and needs of the Israeli population (questions or requests aboutthose companies, also with big size, that we can provide them our service).
* It would be difficult to keep high level of efficiency (e.g. the total comprehension of the client´s request by theoperator, because we have to keep on mind that the operators have to know every details about many different companies). Any disappointed customer will be a company failure, it means a negative impact onour corporate image, that it will affect the possibility to improve our presence on the potential market.
* High cost service. It will be difficult to provide high – quality service at low...
