1. What do you think are the biggest problems at Brown andCo. at the beginning?
I think that the biggest problem at Brown and Co. at the beginning is that the employees don’t respect the owner of the salon and the owner doesn’t respect the employees. Theyhave bad communication. The employees work bad when the owner not is present in the local and the materials to work are dirty and in bad conditions.
2. What do you think are the biggestimprovements at Brown and Co. as a result of Tabatha's intervention?
I think that the biggest improvements at Brown and Co. as a result of Tabatha’s intervention is that is that employees saw that theyhad poor communication and worked on it, but ultimately, Niki decides to return to the same and the relationship that had begun to fix was again damaged.
3. Describe the salon owner's methods forcommunicating with her staff before vs. after Tabatha's intervention at Brown and Co.
The salon owner’s methods for communication with her staff in the beginning was aggressive, offended, and notencouraged by their work. After Tabatha’s intervention at Brown and Co.,Niki started change, and the staff started to respect more the owner and have a better work, although, at the finish, Niki want tocome back the cameras and damage that have improve.
4. Do you see any examples of people hearing or perceiving something different from what the original speaker intended?
If, I see that afterthat Tabatha’s intervened between employees and Niki, Niki began to change and employees perceiving her progress. Niki started changed, removed the cameras, was more good with their, but in the end, shecan’t change and continue trying to improve the communication with employees to have a better place to work and give to the customers a better service.
