Adobe - Corporate Social Responsibility

In Adobe, are inspired by purpose-driven creativity. The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of there is called "Create change." This is woven into everything they do in their CSR focus areas: employee engagement, community involvement, environmentalsustainability, and product use and innovation.
Every day, Adobe’s technologies and business practices help millions of people across the globe participate in the world around them. Their CSR initiatives enable creativity, innovation, and collaboration, empowering people inside and outside Adobe to address pressing education, environmental, economic, and social issues. They know that when Adobe employees,customers, and partners work together, they can improve the human experience.

Employee volunteerism
Adobe believes the active participation of their employees creates sustainable change in communities around the globe. They partner with Adobe Foundation grantees to engage the most important resource they have — the time, talent, and passion of their employees — to create that change. In thisway, they foster a culture of service and community leadership among their employees while multiplying the philanthropic contributions of the Adobe Foundation.

Adobe Action Committees
They believe that their employees understand their local communities and colleagues best. They empower them to manage their local volunteer activities through Action Committees, supported by Adobe with tools,resources, and budget. Adobe Action Committees plan and manage dozens of volunteer projects across the globe every year.

Adobe Green Team
Adobe employees are encouraged to participate in the employee-led Green Team, which organizes environmental initiatives and volunteer projects for fellow employees. Team members arrange education sessions, discuss pressing issues, and work with Adobemanagement to develop environmental sustainability practices.

Adobe Matching Gift and Dollars for Doers programs
Through their International Matching Gift Program, Adobe supports their employees and the many causes that create change in communities around the globe. Adobe matches up to US$5,000 per year per employee for eligible nonprofit organizations. Adobe further supports its North Americanemployees' commitment to service and being active in the community through its Dollars for Doers program, which donates US$125 to an eligible organization for every 10 hours that an employee volunteers. Each North American employee can earn up to US$2,500 for nonprofits per year for their community service efforts.
