Teaching by principles.

The principal role of a teacher is the education journey. The teacher must have clear objectives to apply in the students. Us as future teachers must know, what we know, what have we learned, and what can we say with certain. We must have the experience in the language to handle in the classroom.
The most important thing for language teaching is the practice, but also handle theories in the classroom, just for support the lesson.
Also exists the cognitive principles in the classroom because they have important functions, such ass mental and intellectual functions.
In the automaticity, it is easier for the children to learn a second language, because they “absorb” information in a subconscious way in everyday life or for imitation. With this, it’snot necessary that the kid use the translation, because in their mind, they analyze the words that they are use.
For a good development is necessary the affective principles, that means that the teacher just don’t use the “traditional” form to teach the students, obviously they have emotions, so, the affective principles is for the emotional process, just for that the students have confidence inthemselves, and they know they are human beings and they have mistakes, and it’s perfectly normal.
It is important that students feel comfortable in the classroom, that is why we as teachers relate the culture of each one and have respect for that.
The last thing will be Interlanguage, that is the mediator between the mother tongue and the target language that it would be, the English in thiscase, all that we need is learn from our mistakes also review the lesson in class, that it would be the feedback.
Although some don’t see it in a good way, the videogames, TV internet, helps a lot in this, because they relate the words that resemble.

Intrinsic Motivation in the Classroom.

In a classroom must exist the motivation. The motivation is to help the students encourage abouttheir decisions and effort to make their goals.
For the teachers it’s easier to create motivation in their students with a reward, for example, in the kids. “Hey, if you write five sentences, I will give you a candy (or some stuff)”. So, the kids work harder, because they know they will have a reward.
There are two different motivations, and this are: Intrinsic and Extrinsic. The intrinsic itis more like, deep, just for saying one word, because, the motivation is intern, and with this exists more motivation by the student.
But, the extrinsic motivation refers to motivation that comes from outside, the motivating factors are external, or outside, rewards such as money or candies, as I said before. These rewards provide satisfaction and pleasure that the task itself may not provide.Well, we can relate these two types of motivation in a classroom, let’s see. In the intrinsic motivation, some students, people, whatever, someone enjoy do practices or works, because they enjoy doing that, without any obligation, or just for a reward. It just means that such external rewards are not enough to keep a person motivated. An intrinsically motivated student, just for saying an example, may want to get a good grade on an assignment, but just if the assignment is pleasing for the student.
Now the extrinsic motivation well, this doesn’t mean that a person will not get any pleasure from working on or completing a task, it just means that the pleasure they anticipate from some external reward will continue to be a motivator even when the task to be done holds little or no interest. But maybe later, the student can continue working in the same task or well, in the topic related with the task, he can take a little of interest on the task.

How to plan a lesson.
It’s important for us as teacher to realize that we are the managers of the class; we have to manage the time to cover all totally it could be since 40 to 90 minutes. This is the reason of why we have to...
