USER MANUAL
1 .- GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF PROCESS
Conveyor belts are mechanized systems for transporting materials. In its simplest form, consists of a band that gets its traction by specialrollers which are in turn driven by gear motors. The band is made, by application, materials and sizes directly or indirectly serves to transport the materials.
2 .- MAIN COMPONENTS

3 - Power supplies
The main circuit works with digital electronics is therefore fed 5v DC (Direct current)
The motorsoperate with a supply voltage of 6 to 12V and 1 to 3rd (amps) DC
In case of using AC motors use a power circuit that connects the main circuit them.
4 - Safety Recommendations
Wearing ahelmet, goggles, gloves, masks, shoes, and coat at all times within the production area
Do not use chains, bracelets or anything that can catch on the band or their engines
Maintain a preventivedistance of the band or their engines when they are in operation
If you are not trained to operate this please do not move him
Be alert to warning signs at all times
Give the scheduledmaintenance required for the engines to stop the process to avoid failures
Ensure that all sensors are functioning properly at the beginning of each day
Do not interrupt production, keep hands off thework area of the band
5 .- OPERATING RANGES
Joining system
