RESUMEN
Se procedió a evaluar los valores Alanina Amino Transferasa (TGP) y Aspartato
Amino Transferasa (TGO) en personas de 23 a 42 años de las Parroquias
Urbanas de la Ciudad de Cuenca, a las cuales se aplicó una encuesta que nos
ayudó a valorar su estado de salud y de esta manera seleccionamos aquellos
que estaban aptos para formar parte del presente trabajoinvestigativo.
Obtuvimos las muestras de sangre en ayunas, las mismas que fueron analizadas
y procesadas en el Laboratorio Clínico de Centro de Diagnóstico del Facultad de
Ciencias Médicas.
Para la determinación de Alanina Amino Transferasa (TGP) y Aspartato Amino
Transferasa (TGO) séricos, se utilizó el espectrofotómetro Génesis 20, el reactivo
de la casa comercial Wiener (Transaminasas Colorimétrica).
Elvalor promedio de TGO es de 5,6 ± 0,07 U/l, con una desviación estándar de
2,3 U/l; el valor mínimo de 0,9 U/l y el máximo de 11,7 U/l.
El valor promedio de TGP es de 6,2 ± 0,0893 U/l, con una desviación estándar
de 2,8 U/l, el valor mínimo de 0,6 U/l y el máximo de 13,5 U/l.
Hay significación estadística en la relación TGO - sexo p=(0,000); TGO - talla
p=(0,000); TGO - peso p=(0,000) y no con edadp=(0,228); de igual manera
las relaciones con TGP - edad p=(0,021); TGP - sexo p=(0,000); TGP - peso
p=(0,000) y no con talla p=(0,086).

SUMMARY
Wasevaluated values Alanine aminotransferase (GPT) and aspartate amino
Transfers (TGO) in people 23 to 42 years of urban parishes of the city of Cuenca,

who were fit to be part of this research work.
We obtained blood samples from fasting they were analyzed and processed in the

For the determination of alanine aminotransferase (GPT) and aspartate amino
Trasnferasa (SGOT) serum, we used the spectrophotometer Genesis 20, the
commercial reagent Wiener (Colorimetric Transaminase)
TGO The average is 5.6 ± 0.07U/l, with a standard deviation of 2.3U/l, the
minimum

value

of

0.9U/l

and

maximum

of

11.7U/l.

TGP average value is 6.2 ± 0.0893 U/l,with a standard deviation of 2.8 U/l, the
minimum value of 0.6U/l and maximum of 13.5U/l.
There is statistical significance in the relationship TGO –sex p= (0.000); TGO
size p=(0.000);TGO - weight p = (0.000) and not to age p=(0.228), just as relations
with TGP-old p=(0.021);TGP-sex p=(0.000); TGP-weight p=(0.000)and not to size
p=(0.086).
