Teens And Money
The truth is that we live in a superlative society; people lose their minds in excess, they feel the need to spend all their moneyin buying things they don’t need. As teenagers we feel that acceptance is more important than anything, and those who are weak and unconfident ofthemselves would feel the need of proving that they are a certain kind of person depending on what they own but they get so obsessed with the wrongthings until those things end up owning them. So they become dependent of those things, cars, jewels, clothes, shoes, bags, etc…they feel that theirreal value is the sum of all they own and not the sum of all the things they are and believe in. Nowadays sensibility is being lost, and people andbecoming more and more insane, losing track of the real important things in life, to the point that some people, like these teens would do anything, literally anything to own what they want. Media, magazines, fashion industry, all these and more promote more than ever these ideas, that if you don’thave a perfect body, own certain things, or be pretty enough, you are worthless. This pressure is really hitting teens nowadays pushing them toextremes, even suicide. To be honest if someone asked me how would I stop this madness I would answer that the damage is done, that there is nothing no onecan do for that people, that people must want to change themselves and realize that even though money moves the world, you can’t buy happiness.
