THE LOCATION OF A HOUSE
Actually the size the type and other features are the things good things to think about in the moment of choosing ahouse. But more others people think that more important is the location. In my opinion the location of your house is very important for you and your family.
First of all it is a good business strategy.You could buy your house in a current place so you can extra money. In the following way you could rent the rooms that you don´t use so in that form you get extra money. In the place that you buyyour house you could start a business. That is that you could open a stand. You could put posters like ads and the company of the ad will pay you money. To illustrate the 70% of the people that have agood location put ads in their gardens to earn extra money.

Second, you can look a safe neighborhood. Everyone wants safe in their house so in this case the location is very important. For example,you could ask your neighbors if in that zone are many criminals or something like that. You could look for a quiet neighborhood. For example, the place you chose should be quiet and with friendlyneighbors. It is safe life near a hospital if there is any urgency. For example the people that have children have much urgency because the children are more prone to accidents.
Third, a good locationincreases your finances. In many occasion the people changes of house and many times it is difficult to sell a house. For example then 60% of the buyers look for a good location. You can build there acondominium. Example you could spend more money but in the future you will have the double or triple of that money. You could rent the place to a factory. Namely you could live with the rent of yourhouse.

Therefore I said that at the moment of buying a house the most important thing is the location. Because it is a good business strategy, you can look a safe neighborhood, and a good location...
