This new pandemic was born in Tijuana, near toUSA. Reason why it caused the genocide of 90% of the population in Mexico.
The most important theory says that a laboratory created this pandemic with the support of the U.S. government. This isthought because of a supposed pact between the interests of each part. The United States through the history have been involved in pandemics in South and Central America, the reason why they have done this is to test theresults in the places where the pandemic has been inserted for later use in enemy countries of the North Americans.
