RESUMEN

ABSTRACT

Introducción: Esta propuesta se centra en el papel
maternal, donde la madre constituye un proceso de
interacción y desarrollo. Cuando la madre logra el
apego de su hijo, adquiere experiencia en su cuidado
y experimenta la alegría y la gratificación de su papel.
Mercer abarca varios factores maternales: edad, estado
de salud, relaciónpadre-madre y características del
lactante. Además define la forma en que la madre percibe
los acontecimientos vividos que influirán al momento
de llevar los cuidados a su hijo con características
innatas de su personalidad. Materiales y Métodos:
Reporte de caso de una Usuaria con 30 años de edad,
asiste a la unidad Materno Infantil por control de
Ginecobstetricia donde se ordena ecografía obstétricala
cual reporta oligoamnios; es trasladada a cirugía para
extracción de producto de sexo masculino por cesárea.
En el puerperio tardío presenta dehiscencia de la herida
quirúrgica. Resultados: Son diversas las actividades
que desarrolla la enfermera para lograr cada vez mas
una mejor situación de salud y por ende una mejor
calidad de vida, con formación científica cumpliendo
de ese modocon los criterios de la atención integral que
implican la atención de lo físico, mental y espiritual.
Discusión y Conclusiones: Es importante recalcar el
cuidado materno perinatal de la profesión de enfermería
que ejerce el rol desde diversos campos de acción y en
las diferentes etapas de la procreación. La aplicación
de esta teoría a la práctica asistencial sirvió como
marco para lavaloración, planificación, implantación
y evaluación del cuidado del binomio madre – hijo,
ayudando a simplificar un proceso muy complejo y
facilitando su comprensión para la aplicación del mismo

Introduction: This proposal focuses on the maternal
role, where the mother is a process of interaction
and development. When a mother does her child’sattachment, gain experience in their care and experience
the joy and gratification of their role. Mercer covers
several maternal factors: age, health status, fathermother and infant characteristics. It also defines how the
mother perceives life events that influence the time to
take care of your child with their innate characteris tics
of her personality. Materials and Methods: Case report
of auser with 30 years of age, attending the maternal
and child unit by control of gynecology where obstetric
ultrasound is ordered, which reports oligohydramnios,
she is taken to surgery for male product extraction by
cesarean. In the late puerperium presented dehiscence
of the wound surgical. Results: A variety of activities
carried out by the nurse to achieve increasingly
better healthstatus and thus a better quality of life,
with scientific training thus meeting the criteria of
comprehensive care involving the physical , mental and
spiritual. Discussion and Conclusions: It is important
to emphasize maternal and perinatal care in the nursing
profession’s role exerted from various fields of action
and at different stages of procreation. The application of
this theory toclinical practice served as a framework for
assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of
care of the mother - child, helping to simplify a very
complex process and thus facilitate understanding for its
application in practice.
