Teoría científica.
A comienzos del siglo XX dos ingenieros desarrollaron trabajos pioneros sobre administración, elestadounidense Frederick Winslow Taylor quien inicio la llamada escuela de la administración científica que buscaba aumentar la eficiencia de la empresa mediante la racionalización del trabajo del obrero, el otro fue el europeo Henri Fayol el cual desarrollo la llamada teoría clásica que se ocupa del aumento de la eficiencia de la empresa mediante la organización y aplicación de principioscientíficos generales de administración.
La teoría científica desarrollada en Estados Unidos a partir de los trabajos de Taylor estaba conformada por ingenieros como Frederick W. Taylor, Henry Lawrence Gantt, Franck Bunker Gilbreth, Harrington Emerson y otros, su enfoque fue de abajo hacia arriba (del obrero hacia el supervisor y el gerente) y de las partes (obreros y sus cargos) hacia el todo...
