Introduction:

A conspiracy theory is a possible answer to a conflict, in which people think that the reason of some events are because of a conspiracy of the government, a group of people, etc. We are going to talk specifically about the Illuminati, the fake landing in the moon and the attack to the twin towers in 9/11.
This conspiracy theories have been veryimportant in the human history, even though they haven’t been proved. For example the attack to the twin towers in 9/11: a lot of people died in that attack, but there are some theories that Bush didn’t try to prevent it, to have a an excuse to attack Irak and Afganistan back. That’s why some theories.
Even thought some theories are very antique, they still cause controversy in the world andthey’re still being studied.
We also want to study them, because they’re very interesting and we want to know whether they can be real or not.

9/11 Conspiracy theories

On September 9, 2001, the entire world woke up with an impacting notice, the United States twin towers fall down because of a plane crash. This was an attack by the terrorist group Al-Qaeda. A hijacked passenger jet, AmericanAirlines Flight 11, crashed into the north tower of the World Trade Center, setting it afire at 8:45 a.m.
Next, at 9:03 a.m. A second hijacked airliner, United Airlines Flight 175, crashes into the south tower of the World Trade Center and explodes. Both buildings start burning.
Without doubts, this attack changed dramatically the USA. With more than 2800 people killed that day, this has been one ofthe biggest terrorist attacks from history, but the fact that an attack with such magnitude, done to the most powerful country in the world, makes people believe in several conspiracy theories.
Neverless that people who believe in 9/11 conspiracy theories has decreased in the last 5 years, there are a lot of people who still believe in them.

In 2011, the phone company, GFK NOP did a survey toAmerican people an d found out that over 15% of the United States and 30% of the United Kingdom people believe that the government had something to do with the attack to the twin towers.

The “truthers” are people who believe that Bush ordered the attack or had something to do with it.

Theories:
1. The twin towers fall because of a controlled demolition made by the government of USA.Theorists challenge that the central columns didn’thave a reason to collapse, because an impact from an airplane doesn’t have the strength to make them fall down.

Some witnesses accounted hearing explosions inside the building as they attempted to escape. The physicist Steven E. Jones, architect Richard Gage, software engineer Jim Hoffman, and theologian David Ray Griffin, argue that the aircraftimpacts and fires could not have weakened the buildings so much to initiate a collapse, and that the buildings would not have collapsed completely, nor at the speeds that they did if it wasn’t a controlled demolition.

In the video recorded at the attacks, puffs of dust go out from the side of the towers. This may be caused because of the bombs that the goverment put in the towers before thecrash of the airplanes

2. Another theory is that the US Vice President Dick Cheney ordered the Norad (military) to stand down and don’t intercept the planes.

On 9/11, NORAD generals said they knew about the planes at time to hit them before the crash, but they didn’t do anything, that’s why the “truthers”  believe that the US Vice president Dick Cheney ordered the military to stand...
