I always have a small breakfast in the moming on school days,big breakfasts are for weekend.I take a sandwich to school forlunch and buy a milk shake. When i come back home front school we have dinner, usually a soup, main dish and desert. We sometimes have a lightsupper at night, or go uut a snack.

HAMBURGER SEEDS
I took my four-year-old son out to a burger place for dinner oneevening. As we were eating our hamburgers, he asket, "Daddy , what i respond that they were tiny seeds and were okay to eat.
He was quiet for acouple of minutes, and i could tell he was in deep thought. Finally , he looked up and said. "Dad , if we go home and plant these seeds in ourback yard, we can have eniugh hamburgers to last forever.

Doctor,s orders
A woman accopanied herhusband to the doctor,s office. After his chackup, the doctor called the wife into his office alone. He said "you must do the following becauseyour husband is very sick".
1.Each morning, fix in a healthy breakfast.
2. Be pleasent and make sure he is in a good mood.
3.For lunch,make hima nutritious meal.
4.For dinner, prepare him a specially nice meal.
5.Don,t burder him wich chores as he probably had a hard day.
6.Don, tdiscuss your problems with him.
on the way home, the husband asked his wife what the doctor said to her. "that you,re very sick" she replied
