RESUMEN

La presente investigación denominada: “La relación entre la Escena del Crimen y la investigación del Delito de Homicidio según la percepción de los Abogados Penalistas, en la ciudad de Lima, año 2013”, tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre la Escena del Crimen y la investigación del Delito de Homicidio según la percepción de los Abogados Penalistas,en la ciudad de Lima, año 2013.

El método de investigación fue descriptivo, diseño correlacional. La muestra estuvo constituida por 40 abogados penalistas. Mediante la técnica de la encuesta se elaboró y aplicó un cuestionario, para recoger información sobre:
La Escena del Crimen y la investigación del Delito de Homicidio.

Finalmente que existe una relación significativa positiva entrela Escena del Crimen y la investigación del Delito de Homicidio según la percepción de los Abogados Penalistas, en la ciudad de Lima, año 2013

ABSTRAC




This research entitled: "The relationship between the crime scene and the investigation of the crime of murder as perceived by criminal lawyers in the city ofLima , 2013 " , aimed to determine the relationship between the crime scene and the homicide investigation as perceived by criminal lawyers in the city of Lima , 2013.

The research method was descriptive, correlational design. The sample consisted of 40 criminal lawyers. By the technique of the survey was developed and administered a questionnaire to collect information on : The crime scene andhomicide investigation.

Finally there is a significant positive relationship between the crime scene and the investigation of the crime of murder as perceived by criminal lawyers in the city of Lima, 2013
