RESUMEN

La investigación tuvo como objetivo general, Determinar el Nivel de gestión deldominio Entrega y Dar Soporte de las Tecnologías de Información y comunicación
(TIC) en la Municipalidad de Piura en el área del Serenazgo de la Región Piura, 2012.

El estudio que se realizó fue de tipo cuantitativo, descriptivo, no experimental, de corte
transversal. El recojo de la información se seleccionó en forma dirigida una muestra de
20 trabajadores y una población de 20, quienes seles aplicó un cuestionario

El 75 % del personal manifestaron que el proceso Administrar el desempeño y la
capacidad se encuentra en un nivel de madurez repetible, mientras el 5% considera que
se encuentra en un nivel de madurez no existente.

Se concluye que no todo los procesos coinciden con la hipótesis formulada, por eso,
queda rechazada.

ABSTRACT

The research aimed to generally determine the management level domain Delivery and
Support of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in the Municipality of
Piura

The study conducted was a quantitative, descriptive, non-experimental, cross sectionalstudy. The collection of information in a targeted selected a sample of 20 workers and a
