RESUMEN EJECUTIVO
El presente informe final de Trabajo de Grado en la Facultad de Ciencias Administrativas y Económicas Escuela de Contabilidad Superior y Auditoría, es la recopilación de datos e información para la creación de un Gimnasio Infantil y Recreacional Vespertino en la ciudad deOtavalo, para lo cual se investigó en esta ciudad y en su población. La población total de la zona es de 4174 comprendida en niños y niñas de 5 a 11 años y solo el 15% es decir 626, son clientes potenciales del gimnasio, en la que se aplicó diferentes instrumentos para la recolección de información mediante encuestas; lo que permitió realizar una descripción y análisis de temáticas como: si es factiblela creación de un gimnasio infantil y recreacional vespertino en la ciudad de Otavalo y si este proyecto ayudaría al desarrollo físico en intelectual de los niños y niñas de esta ciudad. Información que se recopiló mediante un procedimiento de investigación de acción participativa y observación directa para el funcionamiento del gimnasio, que fue posible verificar los objetivos y finalmente llegara la principal conclusión “La factibilidad de crear un gimnasio infantil y recreacional vespertino en la ciudad de Otavalo para cumplir con los objetivos trazados”.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This final report of Work Degree from in the Faculty of Administrative Sciences and Economics Higher School of Accounting and Auditing, is a compilation of data and information for the creation of aChildren's Fitness and Recreational Evening in the city of Otavalo, for which investigated in this city and its people. The total population of the area is covered 4174 in children aged 5 to 11 years and only 15% i.e. 626 are potential customers of the gym, which applied different instruments to collect information through surveys, the allowed a description and analysis of topics such as: If feasiblethe creation of a children's fitness and recreational evening in the town of Otavalo and If this project would help the physical and intellectual development of children of this city. Information was gathered through a process of participatory action research and direct observation for the operation of the gym, it was possible to verify the objectives and finally reach the main conclusion of "Thefeasibility of creating a children's fitness and recreational evening in the town of Otavalo to meet the stated objectives"
