RESUMEN EJECUTIVO

El presente estudio analiza y describe la situación de la Pequeña y
Mediana Empresa (PYMES) en cuanto a los servicios tributarios y
contables que reciben; y propone un servicio personalizado y a domicilio
en el lugar donde el microempresario desarrolla su actividad económica.
El proyecto aborda la determinación de losservicios que en la actualidad
se ofrecen, de la competencia, los precios. Los clientes preferirán esta
empresa por su servicio personalizado porque les ahorrará tiempo y
recursos y se sentirán plenamente satisfechos con la asistencia de la
consultoría, que prestará su servicio a través de asesores tributarios
contables experimentados, capacitados, y con conocimientos actualizados
y se afianzará unvínculo de confianza y aceptación. El segmento de
mercado al que va dirigido el servicio lo constituyen la Microempresa,
Pequeña Empresa y Mediana empresa, las personas naturales obligadas
y no obligadas a llevar contabilidad, las personas jurídicas y o sociedades
que se hayan constituido legalmente.
La demanda potencial actual se determinó de las empresas incluidas en
el Censo Nacional Económico2010, de la base de datos del INEC de las
cuales se identificó una demanda potencial proyectada de 1649 empresas
para el 2012, con un crecimiento del 17.23% para los siguientes años.
La misión es contribuir al desarrollo de las organizaciones y empresarios
del sector de la Pequeña y Mediana Empresa (PYMES) ofreciendo
servicios de consultoría tributaria contable por medio de la combinación
de losconocimientos, experiencias, esfuerzos y recursos que permitan
prestar toda clase de servicios legales, de contabilidad, de asesoría
tributaria, laboral, creyendo firmemente en la excelencia de los servicios
que ofrece y se entrega a los clientes.

ABSTRACT
He present study analyzes and describes the situation of the Small and
Medium Company (SMES) as for the tributary and countable services thatreceive; and he proposes a personalized service and to domicile in the
place where the micro businessman develops his economic activity. The
project approaches the determination of the services that at present offer
themselves, of the competition, the prices. Customers prefer this company
for personal service because they save time and resources and feel fully
satisfied with the assistance of theconsultancy, which will provide its
service through experienced accounting tax advisors, trained, and current
knowledge and will strengthen a link of trust and acceptance. The
segment of market which the service is directed it is constituted by the
Micro Company, Small enterprise and Medium Company, the natural
persons obliged and not obliged to take accounting, the legal persons and
or companiesthat have been constituted legally.
The potential current demand decided of the companies included in the
National Economic Census 2010, of the database of the INEC of which
there was identified a potential demand projected of 1649 companies for
2012, with a growth of 17.23 % for the following years.
The mission is to contribute the development of the organizations and
businessmen of the sector ofthe Small and Medium Company (SMES)
offering services of tributary countable consultancy by means of the
combination of the knowledge, experiences, efforts and resources that
allow to give all kinds of legal services, of accounting, of tributary, labor
advising, believing firmly in the excellence of the services that it offers and
delivers the clients.
