RESUMEN

En el contexto de educación superior, uno de los elementos que están tomando relevancia para valorar la calidad del servicio que prestan lasinstituciones educativas, es la valoración que los estudiantes realizan sobre la “satisfacción de la formación recibida”; es por ello que el propósito de la presente investigación fue determinar el nivel de satisfacción de los estudiantes del XI y XII ciclo con la formación recibida en la facultad de Farmacia y Bioquímica de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo al año 2014.
El trabajo está diseñadocomo un trabajo de investigación descriptivo, transversal y prospectivo. Se aplicó una encuesta a 85 estudiantes del XI y XII ciclo de la facultad de Farmacia y Bioquímica, se evalúo el nivel de satisfacción del estudiante utilizando la escala de Likert.
Se identificaron las características demográficas de los estudiantes: 51,76% fueron varones, el 31.76% realizó su internado en el área defarmacia hospitalaria.
Se identificó el nivel de satisfacción de los estudiantes del XI y XII ciclo de la facultad de Farmacia y Bioquímica, siendo esta un nivel de satisfacción intermedia.
La dimensión formación en capacidades específicas fue la que más se correlaciona con el nivel de satisfacción global de los estudiantes, con un Chi-cuadrado 59,510 y p=0,000. Se determinó además que el sexo y elárea donde realizan internado no tienen correlación significativa respecto al nivel de satisfacción general y que las dimensiones donde los estudiantes demostraron un nivel de satisfacción bajo fueron: infraestructura, integridad, estructura organizacional y recursos humanos con porcentajes 87%, 74%, 60% y 48% del estudiantado respectivamente.

ABSTRACT

In the context of higher education, one of the elements that are taking relevant to assess the quality of service provided by the educational institutions, is the valuation that the students are on the "satisfaction with the training they received"; that is why the purpose of the present investigation was to determine the level of student satisfaction of the XI and XIIcycle with the training received at the Faculty of Pharmacy and Biochemistry at the National University of Trujillo in 2014.
The work is designed as a work of descriptive research, cross-sectional and prospective. A survey was administered to 85 students of the XI and XII cycle of the Faculty of Pharmacy and Biochemistry, is assessed the level of satisfaction of the student using a Likert-typescale.
We identified the demographic characteristics of students and it was determined that the 51.76 % were male and 31.76 % held its boarding school in the area of hospital pharmacy. It identified the level of student satisfaction of the XI and XII cycle of the Faculty of Pharmacy and Biochemistry, this being a intermediate level of satisfaction.
