RESUMEN


El presente trabajo de investigación surge ante la necesidad de determinar la incidencia de los Costos de Producción en la Rentabilidad de la empresa Molino San Jorge S.R.L., con la finalidad de ver sies que se están usando adecuadamente los recursos económicos, materiales y humanos dentro del molino, y de esta manera lograr un control adecuado de los mismos lo que a la larga se vera reflejado en la rentabilidad de la empresa.

De acuerdo a lo anteriormente descrito, formulo el siguiente problema ¿De qué manera los costos de Producción inciden en la Rentabilidad de la empresa Molino SanJorge S.R.L de Lambayeque? Lo que ha llevado a formular la siguiente hipótesis: Los Costos de Producción inciden significativamente en la Rentabilidad de la Empresa Molino San Jorge S.R.L de Lambayeque

En el desarrollo del presente trabajo se han aplicado los métodos de investigación descriptivo y explicativo para una población conformada de 47 personas y como ésta no es relevante, la muestra es lamisma, y para la operacionalización de las variables, he utilizado herramientas como la guía de entrevista, guía de observación y cuestionarios, las mismas que fueron tabuladas e interpretadas a través de los programas SPSS y Excel, llegando a concluir que los Costos de Producción inciden significativamente en la Rentabilidad de la Empresa Molino San Jorge S.R.L de LambayequePalabras Clave: Costos de Producción, Rentabilidad.







ABSTRACT

The present investigation arose from the need to determine the impact of production costs in the Performance of the company Molino San Jorge SRL, in order to see if they are being used appropriately to economic resources, human and material within the mill, and thus adequate control of them so that eventually will bereflected in the profitability of the company.

According to the above described, formulated the following problem How production costs affect the profitability of the company Molino San Jorge SRL Lambayeque? What has led to formulate the following hypothesis: The Costs of Production significant impact on the profitability of the Company Mill San Jorge SRL Lambayeque.

In undertaking this work wehave applied the methods of descriptive and explanatory research to a population consisting of 47 individuals and as this is not relevant, the sample is the same, and the operationalization of the variables, I used tools such as guide interview, observation guide and questionnaires, the same as those tabulated and interpreted through the SPSS and Excel, reaching the conclusion that the productioncosts significantly impact the profitability of the Company Mill San Jorge SRL Lambayeque
