The rational use of energy in all the economic sectors, among them the sector of the
entities ofthe state is a problem, (case National University Of the Altiplano) because
this entities lack a concientización thought and a sensitization concerning the topic,
that is to say we lack as nation of a culture of rational use of energy, forgetting that
the generation and energy uses also have social and environmental costs for our
country and that we should assume values and principles that arebase of behaviors
more rational and responsible.
The investigation problem is formulated in terms of the following
interrogant: Which is the good consumption of electric power in the UNA – PUNO
?
The following hypothesis is formulated establishing technical, Organizational
questions, of Administration and of the personnel's Behavior a level of good
Consumption of electric power is gotten inthe UNA – PUNO ". that it is divides in
two forms of approaching the problem in a combined way and Inter. related through
actions technician operative calls technical questions and through decisions
economic office workers calls organization questions, of administration and of the
personnel's behavior.
To express the Hypothesis formulated in terms of good consumption of energy for
UNA –PUNO should consume 91045 KWh per month that which means that he/she
should pay only 53% of that that at the moment it pays monthly if it would apply a
Project of Saving of Energy
If we analyze the results the main problems they are in the change it tariffs and in
the use it reactivates energy that they represent 13.4% and 18.4% respectively of the
payment monthly average for electric power thatwhich would be however inside the
technical conclusions to give sustainable to the Project of energy saving the creation
of a Committee of Energy Administration it is recommended.
