This document is intended to give the necessary information to request engineering and maintenance services for the Carrier Software and Core Network Department. The Scope of Work shall be in accordance with the below description.
Service Item Requirements

Operation System Database ‐ Have command knowledge of database operation and maintenance. Telecommunication / No. 7 Signaling ‐ Understand the coding rules, basic concepts, processes and structure of the mobile communications network and understand key messages in the processes. Maintenance Tasks Learn about the products, services and solutions of the customer in order to perform basic configuration tasks. Make maintenance inspection in customer products and services to identify possible problems. Collect all the information required by TAC / GTAC in order to improve the response. Attend customer maintenance related meetings in order to clarify the tasks. Provide a quick way to communicate with TAC / GTAC all the requirements by customer side regarding with technical issues. Inform the current status about services and all the issues regarding the responsibilities assigned. If necessary some maintenance work will be done by night for network safety, if this is the case extra time has to be considered. Support on Site ...
