Comments from City Staff meeting 10/24/12:
1) Conference call with JIM Jensen to discuss:
* Blasting specification* Project Duration and Milestones
* Dewatering approach
* Chain Link Fence implementation.
2) Spec 07530:
* Please specify “White” membrane.
3) Spec 15940:* Please explain the remote operation, remote control and remote monitoring of the HVAC units.
* What system will be used to remote control and monitor the units?
*Would the units use DDC software?
* SCADA interface?
4) General Comment:
* Please add a general note to drawings to indicate all “stainless steel” = 316 SS.
5) Staff Gage: DwgC-45 – Spec 013400
* Staff gage as specified will not work on sloped installations.
* Provide Stevenson 2X3 Figure Plates at every half a foot. Install the last two digits of theelevation. See http://www.stevenswater.com/catalog/Figure-Plates-for-Staff-Gages-P186C32.aspx
* If elevation is 4941 then use figure plates “4” and “1” then field survey and install usingSS screws to the 4x4 angle.
* For half a foot elevation like 4941.5 then use “-“ and “5” figure plates.
* Specification 13400 need to show that 4x4 angle is SS 316 angle orGalvanized angle.

6) Survey Comments:
* See attached Oct 25th memo from COT survey.
* Please show at least 2 control points with coordinates and elevations.
* Dwg C-2:At the SE side of the property, the fence posts appear to be located on top of slurry wall.
* Drawing G-2: Please move notes 1, 2 and 5 to drawing C-1.
7) Door security & DrawingE-5:
* Design of security systems appears to be incomplete
* How is the security system going to connect to the City systems?
* Contractor to install all security rough...
