CARACTERÍSTICAS EXTERNAS E INTERNAS DE LOS TEXTOS FUNCIONALES
Las características externas son:
Extensión: varíade acuerdo con el texto de que se trate. Generalmente son breves pues manejan información precisa, sin embargo, los hay como el currículum vitae de una persona que ha tenido muchos estudios, cargos, empleos, etc., por lo que puede resultar un documento con cierta amplitud.
Formato: Difiere dependiendo del propósito con que se elaboren, ajustado a las necesidades de comunicación. Ninguno estáescrito en verso, sino que prevalecen la prosa y la simple exposición de datos ordenados y fácilmente detectables.
