SUBJECT: INSTRUCTIONS REMINDER FOR USING PARKING FACILITIES
As the director ofHuman Resources Division, I am concern about some issues we are confronting in the company, especially at the parking facilities. Day-shift and swing-shift employees need to be reminded of theregulations for using the company’s parking facilities and the procedure to take out the car registration. I want this memo to be paste on every boletin board in the company, please tell Mr. Monaco to do it.Please follow these instructions below as soon as possible.
Day-shift employee’s procedure:
1- Arrive between 8:00 to 11:45 a.m. to the cafeteria (Employee Relations Department) on May 29, 2012 orMay 30, 2012 and register your vehicle.
2- Paste the bright yellow parking sticker on the left corner of the front mirror.
3- Park on lots A & B.
4- Avoid park on visitor’s parkinglot.
5- Share parking spaces in case you aren’t using yours.
Swing-shift employee’s procedure:
1- Arrive between 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. to the cafeteria (Employee Relations Department) on May 29,2012 or May 30, 2012 and register your vehicle.
2- Paste the bright green parking sticker on the left corner of the front mirror.
3- Park on lots C & D
4- Avoid park on marked parking’ssuch as handicapped parking’s.
5- Avoid park on visitor’s lot.
All in all, I will appreciate your responsibility. In order to reward your effort in those days, I will give a present to everybodywho registers their vehicle those days and it will be 100 dollars. Also I will enclose a map of XYZ Computers parking facilities which indicates the parking areas mentioned above. Those who don’t...
