MEMORIES OF MY DATING LIFE
I have decided to talk about my dating life; it is full of false love, because the main reason of me to marry was to obtain alliances with other countries, but….Now, my actual wife is Catherine Parr (England), we married in 1543 and she is great. She takes care of the children very well, and we are happy. But before her I had other 5 wives.Catherine of Aragon (Spain)
She was my first wife, we married in 1509. She was a disaster! We tried to have children 4 times but the babies were stillborn, in the end, she gave birth to a girl,Mary, it was not bad, but I would have preferred a boy. We tried to have a boy, but again the baby was stillborn. I was fed! So I decided to divorce her in 1533, what it means that we weremarried 23 years, my longest marriage. It was not easy to divorce her, because the Catholic Church didn’t allowed it, so I had to found the England Church to allow it.
Anne Boleyn (France)The same year I divorced my first wife, I married Anne Boleyn. We had a baby, but it was a girl! My daughter Elizabeth. Our marriage ended in 1536, when I ordered to cut her head because ofinfidelity.
Jane Seymour (England)
Oh! My dear Jane Seymour, we married in 1536, she was my third wife and my favorite one. I really loved her, and furthermore, she was the one that gavebirth to my son Edward, but unfortunately she died 12 days after she gave birth to him, in 1537, the same year we married. I will never forget her.
Anne of Cleves (Germany)
3 years later, in1540, I married Anne of Cleves, but in the same year I divorced her, I did not like her very much. It was my shortest marriage.
Catherine Howard (England)I married Catherine Howard the same year I marry and divorced Anne of Cleves, in 1540, it was a busy year. In 1542 she was also beheaded because of infidelity.
