The Criminal Justise Sistem

Sometimes it is better to think in other ways of punishing people rather than just throwing them in jail. Looking at the statistics where 50% of people whohad already been in jail came back “because of a new crime for which they received prison sentence, or because of a technical violation of their parole”, forthis reason it sounds convenient to create a more efficient criminal justice system. This includes better treatment and education in prisons.
First of all,the judges would have to change the way that they treat prisoners. The cruelty and inhumanity that they use would only bring revenge from them to societyonce they come out from prison. To improve this bad treatment for this people they should hire educated and prepared people, such as, psychologists, teachers andindividuals to help them to become better persons. They should offer them opportunities to study a career and prepared them. Also reduce inactivity ofinmates increasing the opportunities of exercise, sports, and cultural and religious activities. Active inmates are less likely to feel stress and hostility. Thatway they can be to get a job and be useful members of society.
Overall, if the government utilizes these methods of giving the prisoners a bettertreatment and education. They would come out with more ethics and well preparation to get a job and a new life. In this way it would be less likely for them to commita crime and come back to prison. At the end, they will only focus on their jobs and families instead of being bitter towards life and commit more crimes
