The Republic of Madagascar, which is also called Repoblikan'i Madagasikara in Malagasy, is an island-country located in the southeastern coast of Africa (the Indian Ocean). Itis well-known because of being a home to a vast array of unique plants and animals. That’s the reason why it should be protected and conserved, but there’s a problem we musttake care of: the overexploitation of natural resources (both plants and animals). One of the most viable solutions would be to generate a restrictive law against it, but it wouldbe the right decision?

The laws are quite useful tools that we as citizens require us to be in policies that ensure the common good. Because people do everything in order toavoid the paying of expensive fines, they will respect this new law no matter what. The development of the fauna and flora will be normal and the environment shall be suitablefor everyone. In addition, the money collected from fines collected could be used to repair the damage done previously.

On the other hand, the development of a law imposed asthis one could make people very upset. The consequences of this new idea could bring discord around the people (principally the entrepreneurs own raw-material), probably makingsome protests and lawsuits against it. Furthermore, if someone decides to break this new law, she/he must pay a fine that will be quite expensive to punish her/him so seriously. All in all, the idea of a new restrictive law could be important for the ambient restoring in Madagascar; however, if it is not used efficaciously and developed taking inconsideration the people’s needs and thoughts, it may have negative impact in the population. Therefore, they should not exploit their resources unless it is very necessary.
