Ten years ago Apple Computer was just a humble computer company whose market was only the designers and some loyalties clients. Apple was on bankruptcy and in ten years Apple has become into a company which represents the modernity and the technology innovation.

The iPhone was one of the facts about the transformation of the company. The iPhone is a mix ofphone, music player, video player and pocket computer. The iPhone now it’s the most popular smartphone in the world.

The iPhone It’s more than an innovation work. It’s the result of thousands studies about consumer needs, and hundreds of patents for keep the competence away. Also the iPhone offers a smart and distinguishing design. Furthermore Steve Jobs are the CEO a character between executiveand advert-model.

Now Steve jobs is 54 years old and his life was like a Hollywood movie: He was abandoned by his mother on an orphanage, He was adopted by a middle-low-class family. He was a brilliant student but abandoned the University and started a company created a company where he was fired with 31 years. Later when come back with 40 he saved the company. The philosopher Ted Nelsonsaid: “Steve Jobs it’s not innovative, he’s just a great director” Steve receive hundreds of ideas and know which ideas are innovative and create a great advertising campaign around it. That’s the main recipe and it’s works, you just have to look to the economy:

After that Apple got right again, and now this stores are places where the loyalties clients admire the firm. Those stores are a sanctuary of the excellence and quality. For example the store of New York has become one of the places-have-to-see in New YorkAnother good point about this stores is the staff. They are experts, and explain and advise the consumers about the best choice.Millions of people visit those stores, and this provided Apple much information of the trends and the behavior of their clients.

Forget about the client it’s a very common thing in many companies.
