THE STUDENT
A YEAR BEFORE IN THE GUANAJUATO UNIVERSITY …
Chano who is the principal character wanted to go to the university, he was 70 yearsold, and he decided to follow his dream, to study Literature. Chano went to enroll himself in the university, his wife went with him. The first dayof classes when he went into the classroom the students thought he was he teacher, Chano felt outdated among the students, he was alwayswell-mannered and polite.
There was a call for casting the theatrical play ‘Don Quixote of La Mancha’, he went to the first rehearsal day and the directorrejected him. Chano, tried to get close to a group of students, and shared his life experience with them. He played with them dominoes, and heparticipated in their parties, of course always accompanied with his wife, who was a very lovely, romantic and supportive wife. She always broughtlunch to her husband when he was at the University.
Chano taught the students how to reprise their lines during the theatrical play, Chano also taughtstudents how to express their feeling towards their significant others, because they din’t know how to show their love to the girls they loved.The Chano friends were Eduardo, Marcelo, Santiago, Alejandra and Carmen.
Marcelo was nice and he was in love with Alejandra, He played guitar andChano gave him Agustin Lara CDs.
Santiago was handsome and he was in live with Carmen, He invited to a party all his friend especially Carmen.
