When She finally get there, she looked Noah and felt stupid. What is she supposed to tell him? That she was engaged?, butshe looked at the eyes and walked slowly, when they where centimeters apart, neither one of them moved, they hadn’t said anything, onlythoughts of the summer they’d shared came back to them. When she was finally ready, she took a deep breath and smiled, then like when they wereseventeen she felt the same way. She wanted to tell him that she was engaged, but she just can’t, he felt something was wrong so, he askher for a walk and she couldn’t said no.

Then Noah and Allie just were walking talking about what they were doing and then Allie said: I’mengaged, Noah just said: Congratulations. But Noah was thinking that he had lost Allie forever. He invited her to dinner and Noah said toher that for 2 years every single he wrote a letter to her, but she dosen’t knew it and she relized that her mother hide the letters.

Inthe dinner they were talking about what they were doing all does years, Allie, was talking about college, painting, and her family, and hespent the time talking about his father, and how much he missed him.

All the dinner Allie was thinking about Lon, her fiancé and comparinghim with Noah. Lon, was no the kind of men that talk about his feelings but Noah was the opposite. And she realized what she’d been missing.
