The philosophy of silence
Silence is a sort of alanguage on its own without a dictionary. It only occupies a small space in the English language dictionary but is still profoundly important. For silence plays an integral part in human nature,philosophies and discourse. We express ourselves through languages made up with words, grammatical structures and even body language. And, when we exhaust visible or audible mediums, we use silence tocomplete it. It comes spontaneously. Every sentence finishes with full stop; a punctuation mark, full stop represents the absence of sound for a moment. Therefore, every sentence requires silence in the end,which could mean think over, or start another. This makes silence a part of language without us realizing it.
Lovers sitting next to each other are silent because they want to freeze the moment.Many mourn the loss in silence because they seek the presence of their loved one in it after their soul vanishes into infinity. A huge quarrel is followed by silence because the disagreement remainsstronger in it. When we are asked a complicated or difficult question we answer it with silence.
