The Reflective Model
The received knowledge, as we know isbasically to received knowledge in a printed source, or to listen what the teachers have to say their classes, in this way is how we learn theory that later on we are going to usein our daily bases.
The experimental knowledge is more like the practical experience of the theory that we already learned. In this stage it is remark that since this is amodel of professional education/development it is a professional action which has to be the major experimental focus.
Once that we feel god with our bases we are going to be ableto analyze ourselves and correct what we don’t like about us as teachers and the lesson plans that we are developing in our classes, we can say that according to the reflectivemodel we enter to ¨reflective cycle¨. This is a really important stage because we can renovate our classes in order to not give a boring class and make the student learn.
Thefinal stage is when we complete our task after changing our classes over and over again and we turn in to competent professional, which is the last stage according to thereflecting teaching model ¨the professional competence¨ .basically is when already have a god material and great knowledge about our subject and we can compete in the working field.
