1-4.-Steel is often coated with a thin layer of zinc if it is to be usedoutside. What characteristics do you think the zinc provides to this coated, or galvanized, steel? What precautions should be considered in producing this product? How will the recyclability of theproduct be affected?
R= Zinc addition to giving more view it is a shiny metal, has a higher corrosion resistance and thus increases the lifetime of coated components can even withstand up to 720 hours ofcontinuous salt breeze attack (highly corrosive element)
Use the appropriate amount of zinc, have elements of temperature control in the zinc smelting process, make thoroughly degreasing process.Arrange the pieces for recycling, catch the volatized zinc released when heating the piece, collect cast iron that has no zinc.

R=As light possible but strong enough to support a human and itself: Aluminum, cloth, carbon fiber, plastic, varioussynthetic fibers, polystyrene foam, biaxially oriented polypropylene.
