Teaching has changed dramatically in the 21st century with the advance of technology. This tool has modified the landscapeof information and knowledge. Learning in this scenario produces new questions for teachers. How can teachers be update in technology and in what way can they use it? First of all, the computer is amachine, not a method. Technology has become a big challenge for teachers and if used correctly is an empowering phenomenon but most teachers internally ask themselves why I should start usingtechnology. The answer to this question is that technology is here to stay; integrating technology is not putting computers in the classroom without teacher training. Technology should be used effectively andefficiently to allow students to learn how to apply computer skills in meaningful ways.
Firstly, we can definitely agree that technology has done a great job in helping language learning, and itincludes wireless networks, videoconferencing, multimedia, computers and tape recorders.
