Three milk cake
Ingredients
• For the biscuit: • 6 eggs• 200 grams. Sugar• 200 grams. Flour • 1 tsp. Vanilla• 1 tsp. baking powder• For the cream: • 1 can ofcondensed milk • 1 can evaporated milk• 1 container of heavy cream • For the meringue:• 3 egg whites• Sugar
Preparation:
Biscuits: Preheat oven to 200 º C. Beat eggs with a mixer and add sugar gradually, beating until mixture triples in volume, thenadd the flour and beat by hand with outflanking, then add vanilla and baking powder.
