Ticket Load Procedure
If Width # on serial number tag indicates 2”, 2.125”, 2.50”, 3.0”,3.25” or 4” then use this diagram
If Width # on serial number tag indicates RADJW then use this diagram
If Width # on serial number tag indicates ADJ then use this diagram
Ticket Load ProcedureTurn the printer on and wait five seconds (If your printer has a cutter, you should hear the cutter blade cycle up and down). Begin loading the tickets through the entrance slot with a smooth motionuntil the printer automatically positions the ticket (the READY LED will be illuminated if your printer has a control panel).
NOTE: Tickets should be loaded with the black mark facing down. Twotypical ticket formats and feed directions are shown below.
After the ticket is automatically positioned, press the TEST button located on the back of the printer next to the AC filter or on thecontrol panel (if your printer is so equipped). The printer will print out a self-test ticket.
When loading 5.50” long ticket stock the black timing mark should be closest to the leading edge of theticket (the first part that goes into the printer).
When loading 8.0”” long ticket stock the black timing mark should be furthest away from to the leading edge of the ticket (the first part that goesinto the printer).
