The multiplier effect of good time management
Many managers must find ways to improve their own management skills / techniques of the time and have improved their work habits towork more effectively. They have sharpened their skills, techniques and disciplines, and can now focus on what counts. They have learned to cope with interruptions, changing conditions and requirementsimposed on them by others. But more importantly, some of these managers have shared the techniques with others, especially people in their care. This has led to improved productivity, minimizefrustration, and increase job satisfaction for all.

However, some managers are their own worst enemies. They make the incorrect assumption that effective time work will be clear to all and that in turnthis will be adopted by the supervisors in charge of the group as a whole, and other individuals and groups within the organization. Although it may be the case that the behavior of these managers maybe misinterpreted and these managers can be seen as sharp or abrasive. The animosity wizard can adversely affect the work and productivity routine.

The impact of management actions
It is oftendifficult for a manager to recognize the impact their actions have on others. Managers usually work with positive and constructive intent. However, the methodology and time is crucial, if one or the otheris inadequate, a manager's actions may be perceived the wrong way and become real barriers to progress.
When a manager gives duties in a manner counter to the management of their subordinates,subordinate managers may not only be diverted from what is important, but changed direction can transmit their own subordinates.
