* Figure out how many freshman live inStouffer
* Decide on a place that is cheap to cater the dinner
* Find a location that will be able to hold all of the freshman and some managers
* Find a date that is availablefor many house staff to come by and say hello the freshman and introduce themselves
* Meet with Steering a week before the event to ask for money for the food
* Email freshmanabout the event the same day that I ask Steering for money
* Make sure that there is enough help to
* Afternoon of the event, set up the food, drinks, and tables to accommodate thefreshman

Event/Responsibility: Freshman/Upperclassmen Phillies Night
Timeline:
* Find an appropriate on the Phillies website that would be a good day forfreshman/upperclassmen to attend a baseball game
* Email freshmen to see how many would be able to attend this date and willing to pay to help with the cost.
* Ask Steering to help subsidizehalf of the cost of the trip including tickets and transportation.
* Email upperclassmen to see if they wanted to come to the event in case it couldn’t be fulfilled by freshman.Funding: $150 dollars from Steering to subsidize half of the cost.
Details: Everyone that was going to attend was to meet in front of Beijing so that we could all travel to the stadiumtogether.
Additional Responsibilities: Make sure that everyone got on the subway to get back to campus and if they knew how to get back, then they needed to have tokens.Event/Responsibility: King of Prussia Trip
