RESUMENEl tema de investigación fue la oficina de trámites y funciones,investigación teórica que se realizó durante el año 2014. El objetivo de la investigación fue conocer qué es la oficina de trámites y funciones. Las investigación se realizó desde el paradigmahermenéutico, el diseño fue de tipo doctrinal. El corpus teórico fue 6 páginas web. La técnica que se usó fue el análisis de contenido. El instrumento de investigación fue la guía de análisis de contenido. Laconclusión general a la que se llegó fue: La oficina de trámite está encargada de administrar la documentación y asegurar su oportuna distribución a sus áreas correspondiente.

ABSTRACTThe topic of investigation was the office of steps and functions, theoretical investigation that was realized during the year 2014.
