RESUMEN
La investigación tuvo como propósito estudiar la teoría de las relaciones humanas, introducida por ELTON MAYO en la década del 90, por medio deexperimentos realizados en situaciones reales. Esta teoría actualmente se implementa en las organizaciones que se interesan en el bienestar laboral y tienen una visión emprendedora de su permanencia enel mercado. Además con esta investigación es importante establecer cuáles fueron las principales razones u orígenes en que se basó ELTON MAYO para que surgiera la inquietud de las relaciones humanas ycuál fue el método de estudio que utilizo para la implementación de su teoría.
ABSTRACT
The investigation had as intention study the theory of the human relations, introduced by ELTON MAYO in thedecade of 90, by means of experiments realized in royal situations. This theory nowadays is implemented in the organizations that are interested in the labor well-being and have an enterprising visionof his permanency on the market. In addition with this investigation it is important to establish which were the principal reasons or origins on which ELTON MAYO was based in order that there wasarising the worry of the human relations and which were the method of study that I use for the implementation of his theory.
