Tony Hawk
Anthony Frank Hawk (born on May 12, 1968 in San Diego, California) also known as "Tony" is an American skater. He is considered to be the best Skater of the world on ramp (half pipe)besides one of the most versatile and capable, also he is considered to be one of the best in the vertical skateboarding (downhill skateboarding), due to his great skill and his frequent practice.Biography
Hawk entered the world of skate thanks to his brother and his friend Dani Kim Hawks Oky.Hawk himself described in his biography as "a nightmare." I was hyper and very demanding withhimself. His parents, worried, even asked the help of a school psychologist, who told them their son had the mind of an adult trapped in a body of a boy of eight years. At age 9, his brother gave him askateboard that would change his life.
Tony was going to practice every day with his father near the skate parks. Later, the two founded the California Amateur Skateboard League and the NationalAssociation. Tony's qualities were innate to the skateboard and at age 12 already had sponsors who financed his career. With 14 professional era 16 years and Tony Hawk was the best skateboarder in the worldbeing in the Bones Brigade team.
In April 1990 he married Cindy Dunbar, his first wife, and two years later was born their first child, Riley, when he was 24 years. That same year, Tony founded thecompany Birdhouse with a former team member Powell Peralta Per Welinder. Two years later she divorced Birdhouse Cindy and shows no signs of having achieved a good start in the market. Hawk's familymoved to Phoenix in 1996 where he married Erin Lee. There, Birdhouse beginning to make inroads into the world of skate companies, thanks in part to agreements with companies like Adio.
