Budget:

Flight
The outgoing flight is on June 15 and costs 142 euros. The return flight is June 19 and costs 185 euros.

Accommodation
We'll be staying at Abcone Hotel at a cost of 30 eurosper night costing a total of 610.84 euros counting the number of people and the days we are staying.

Transportation
The taxi to the hotel will cost about 20 euros and then we'll have to buy tickets for the metro which will cost us about 10 euros for each of the nine journeys.

Meals
Breakfast is included free at the hotel, lunch will be at different typical bars around London. We'll bring30 euros for lunch and about 20 euros for dinner and 10 euros for drink something at night.

Pocket money
Each person will have about 150 euros to buy souvenirs, gifts for family and things to remember our stay in London.

Flight

Source and destination
We will be leaving from barcelona Airport to London Heathrow International. The flight leaves at 11.00 am and we arrive at 12.00 pm. Thereturn flight is at 9.25 am and arrives at Barcelona at 10.25 am

Baggage

In the case we've to bring:
- Underwear for five days.
- A pyjamas.
- Clothing for the day and the night.
- Personal care items (Toothbrush, cologne, deodorant, shampoo).
- Comfortamble shoes and trainers.
- Personal things (Mobile phone, digital camera...).
- Empty case to put the things that you bought.
-Documents (DNI, health card...).
There are many types of insurance for the baggage during the travel, we selected the following: Mapfre insurance, International insurance and Europe Assistance insurance.

Air travel hand baggage rules

There are increased security measures in place at all UK airports, with strict rules on what you can and can't carry in your hand baggage. It is important to packwith this in mind to avoid unnecessary delays at airport security.
Size and type of hand baggage allowed
Hand baggage is luggage that you carry on the plane with you, while hold baggage is luggage that you check-in. All baggage items, including hand baggage, must be screened, regardless of size.
From 29 April 2010, the Department for Transport no longer sets a maximum size for items of handbaggage. You should always check size limits with your airline and airport before you travel. Airlines may also have their own rules about the number of bags you are allowed to take on the aircraft. It's best to contact them if you have any questions.

Laptops/electrical items
You're allowed to take electrical items (like laptops and hairdryers) in your hand baggage, but they have to be removedand screened separately.

Essential medical equipment
You are allowed to bring medical equipment if it is essential for your journey. The equipment will be screened separately and must be accompanied by supporting documentation from a qualified medical professional, such as a letter from your doctor.
- Other items
Pushchairs, walking aids and wheelchairs are usually permitted in the cabin, butthey will need to be security screened first.
- Musical instruments
If you plan on travelling with a large musical instrument, you should contact your airline before booking. You may need to make special arrangements, like buying an extra seat. Any musical instrument you bring with you will need to be screened separately.
- Taking liquids in your hand baggage

Wherever possible you shouldpack liquids in your hold baggage, as there are restrictions on the amount you can take in your hand baggage.
Liquids include:
- All drinks, including water, soup and syrups
- Cosmetics and toiletries, including creams, lotions, oils, perfumes, mascara and lipsticks
- Sprays, including shaving foam, hairspray and spray deodorants
- Pastes, including toothpaste
- Gels, including hair and...
