RESUMEN

En este artículo se analizará el panorama y tendencia de las Reformas Político Electorales y sus efectos para la Administración Pública local y municipal del Estado de Tamaulipas, dichas reformas estructurales del Estado, propuestas por el Presidente de laRepública y aprobadas por el Poder Legislativo, permean continuamente en nuestros sistemas políticos, jurídicos y administrativos; Por mencionar algunas, tenemos el caso del nuevo Sistema de Justicia Penal que pasó de ser de corte inquisitorio-mixto a ser de corte penal-acusatorio, también tenemos el caso de las Reformas a la Ley federal del Trabajo, a la Ley General de Educación, la Reforma Energéticay principalmente la Reforma Político Electoral.

ABSTRACT

In this article the landscape and trend of Electoral Political Reforms and their effects on local and municipal Public Administration of the State of Tamaulipas, the State said structural reforms proposed by the President and approved by the Legislature, will analyzepermeate continually in our political, legal and administrative systems; to name a few , we have the case of the new Criminal Justice System happened to be mixed- inquisitorial criminal court to be accusatory, we also have the case of the amendments to the Federal Labour Act, the Education Act the Energy Reform and Political mainly Electoral Reform.

INTRODUCCION
El 10 de febrero de 2014, hubieron importantes Reformas en la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos en materia Electoral; por una parte se reformó el párrafo segundo de la fracción primera del articulo 115 para introducir la elección consecutiva para el mismo cargo de Presidentes Municipales, Regidores y Síndicos por un periodo adicional, siempre y cuandoel periodo del mandato de los Ayuntamientos no sea superior a tres años; por la otra se reformó el inciso a fracción IV del articulo 116 Constitucional que obliga a las entidades y a los municipios a realizar sus elecciones el primer Domingo de Junio del año que corresponda concurrentemente con la jornada comicial federal.
