CHOCOLATE COCKTAIL
INGREDIENTES
150 g de chocolate con leche
210ml de leche
75ml de jarabe de vainilla
Hielo
3 copas de martini

MODO DEPREPARACIÓN
Colocar la leche en una cacerola antiadherente y calentar a fuego lento. Quebrar la mitad de la barra de chocolate en cuadritos y añadir a la leche. Revolver suave ycontinuamente para crear una mezcla de chocolate líquido.
Dejar enfriar durante una hora a temperatura ambiente y guardar en el refrigerador. Colocar la mezcla de leche conchocolate en una coctelera y añadir el jarabe de vainilla. Agitar con hielo durante 1 minuto y servir en copas de martini.
Hacer una incisión en la parte posterior de loscuadrados de chocolate restantes y colocar en el borde de las copas.
La verdad es que son tragos sin alcohol realmente tentadores y deliciosos, pueden ser la meriendaperfecta incluso hasta para los más pequeños de la familia.

PREPARATION METHOD
Place the milk in a nonstick pan and simmer. Break half the chocolate bar into squares and add to the milk.Stir gently and continuously to create a mixture of liquid chocolate.
Let cool for one hour at room temperature and store in refrigerator. Place the chocolate milk mix in ashaker and add the vanilla syrup. Shake with ice for 1 minute and serve in martini glasses.
Make an incision in the back of the remaining chocolate squares and place on theedge of the cups.
