2. Gibbs adresses heraudience in third person and she avoids speaking in first person because she is showing multiple scenarios and not just one. She is trying to show how it affects not only one person but many.3.The "what if" scenarios helps us better evaluate Pistorius's desire to compete in the Beijing Olympics. Gibbs describes his personality as a very down to earth type of person because he is tryingto overcome the hardships life throws at him.
4. Gibbs represents Oscar Pistorius by showing his life story of how he had to fight against the democracy of the Beijing Olympics and letting himcompete even though of his disabilities.
5. Sometimes in life one is given gifts or special abilities like for example fast reflexes and incredible strength that we use for advantage in any type ofsport. So sometimes people who dont have that sort of luck and resort to anabolics and other supplements. We have to draw the line there because it isnt right to go and use something that might endyour carrer or even your life. So no matter what we must never cross that line or else we would not have no honor.
6. One day technology is going to be the base of everything so slowly we have toadapt to the change of technology and see what new things it may bring. For example in sports there are people who cant participate of certain disabilities and with the technology of nowadays wecan give them an opportunity to try and see what they can accomplish. Some may think that because of the technology they have an advantage but in fact the person might be trying twice or three timesas hard as a normal person. In the end athletes who use technology because of their disabilities do not have an advantage, they simply try harder to achieve the goal he/she wants to accomplish.
