Resumen
El presente trabajo, describirá y explicará el tema concerniente al cambio de sexo y la identidad social del transexual en el ordenamiento jurídico peruano, para lo cual el punto de partida es la interrogante problemática siguiente, ¿En qué medida el ordenamiento jurídico debe regular el cambio de sexo y la identidad social?, teniendocomo límite del mismo el fuero nacional, es decir, el Estado peruano, como forma de hacer una intromisión de la situación social, médica y legal de las personas transexuales, para luego dar cuenta con las facultades a su representante, en este caso el Poder Judicial para determinar la correcta administración de justicia e impartición de la misma. Para concretar aquello, se formuló la siguientehipótesis, El Poder Judicial debe valorar positivamente la identidad sexual de los transexuales, creando una atmosfera de aceptación frente a todas las personas..
Concretándolo con las herramientas de obtención de información como son los cuestionarios y entrevistas, que tienen como función, demostrar que lo sustentado en la teoría concuerda con lo evidente de la práctica, para hacer eso posible, serecurrió a la muestra que son 80 personas catalogadas para descifrar las interrogantes planteadas relacionadas al tema de fondo de la investigación.
En la hipótesis se sustentará y se defenderá la posición que hemos arribado, dando fe con operacionalización de variables (valoración del Poder Judicial y Cambio de Sexo) para obtener más información, mediante las herramientas como son lasentrevistas y cuestionarios, que compruebe y otorgue verosimilidad con lo que fundamentamos en el inicio de nuestra investigación.

Abstract
This paper will describe and explain the issue concerning the change of gender and social identity of transsexuals in the Peruvian legal system, for which the starting point is the following problemquestion, why the judiciary should be viewed positively identifying transgender sex?, with the same limit of the national jurisdiction, ie, the Peruvian State, as a way to make an intrusion of the social, medical and legal for transsexuals, then give the authority has its representative in this case the judiciary to determine the proper administration of justice and delivery of it. To realize this, thefollowing hypothesis was formulated, the judiciary should be viewed positively by the sexual identity of transsexuals by the psychological foundations, medical, legal person, to achieve proper sex change.
Concretándolo with information gathering tools such as questionnaires and interviews, whose function is to demonstrate that based on the theory agrees with the obvious practice, to make thatpossible, they resorted to the sample are 60 people listed to decipher the questions raised related to the issue of background investigation.
