Summary
Heart transplantation
A transplant is the replacement of an organ or tissue that no longer works with the aim of restoring lost functions. Constitute a therapeutic success, linked historically to own cultural development of mankind and the desire to perpetuate and to achieve immortality. Transplants in Mexico are a daily reality that is constructed for more thanthree decades. Today constitute routine surgery for the medical, thanks to your effort and ability and despite the lack of resources results have been obtained at the level of the best programs in the world. Transplants are medical surgery since 1963, in Mexico City, have helped many people to improve and even save their lives. There have been many people since undergoing surgery to have suchgreat results, but also sometimes there are complications, either because the surgery was not successful either because the body does not accept the new object (the heart).

To perform these surgeries there need to be organ donors in Mexico but unfortunately do not have that culture so that people have the initiative to donate their organs when they are no longer needed, ie when a person dies andtheir organs are in good state so that someone else can use them. Although the donor can also be a person who is alive and in a position to donate this one of your organs are healthy and which are not indispensable to the donor, it does not affect body functions and health of it's own.
Performing a transplant, especially heart is not easy or that any doctor can do. Requires some knowledge and a lotof preparation for any situation that may occur during or after surgery.

Introduction

Problem Statement
Currently there are times when we can help someone, even save your life and do not even know or do not give great importance. This is as simple as donating an organ, so in this article I would like to know what a transplant, their benefits and risks of and report on the culture oforgan donation and the importance of this theme in the XXI century, because with all the technology we have and that has developed over the years can accomplish great and good changes.

 Background
Organ transplantation is the most important medical surgery that requires the participation of specialists with high level of preparedness.
Since 1863 transplants are performed in Mexico by the IMSS,starting with the kidney and so in 1988 in the hospital of "La Raza" is performed the first heart transplant.

Purpose and rationale
This research is important because in our country, in Mexico, few people have the culture of organ donation and it is important that they know about this issue as only having information about this is how you can know its benefits and risks and how to get to donatean organ. Few people know it, and those who know do not spread. In the process of "education grant" are important steps to notice a significant change and achieve results that change and above all that can save lives.

Methodology
This investigation was initiated when the master's orders, the task we have to do an investigation of five articles on a topic of our interest, three of themwritten in English and two in Spanish. I chose the theme "Heart transplants".
At first I did not know which topic would choose as there are many topics that I find interesting to talk about them, but I chose this because I think that apart from being interesting can learn about this because even though many, if not all we have heard of transplants do not really know everything about them.

Later, theteacher asked us to summarize each of them written in our native language, Spanish. Some we made in high school as work during English class and missing the ending went into our homes to take them as homework.

Then we had to gather all the information to make an article of the five that we had previously, following the steps found in the moodle platform from which we propose an overview and...
