Siendo el principal objetivo del Grupo AYZAR satisfacer las necesidades y expectativas de sus Clientes mediante un Servicio de gran Calidad, éste ofrece toda la variedad de Tratamientos Térmicos existente a través de sus tres unidades denegocio complementarias: - AYZAR - RAZYA - RAZYA TT VACÍO Las dos últimas se han creado para complementar los tratamientos ofrecidos inicialmente por AYZAR. Especializándose cada una de ellas en distintos tipos.

The AYZAR Group´s objetive is to satify the requirements and expectations of their customers by means of offering an efficient service of high quality. AYZAR Group is composed of threebusiness units: - AYZAR - RAZYA - RAZYA TT VACIO. These two last business units have been set up to expand AYZAR´S service offer. The three business units cover nowadays all the possible range of Heat Treatments. Each of them specializes in a variety of treatments.

Cementación
La Calidad obtenida en el proceso de Cementación, es el motivo por el cual estetratamiento se ha constituido como uno de los principales del Grupo AYZAR. Mediante aporte de carbono a la superficie de las piezas, aumenta su dureza superficial y aporta elasticidad y resistencia al núcleo, consiguiendo así, unas propiedades óptimas frente al desgaste. Se realiza en hornos de gran capacidad tipo Transfer de doble cámara, alcanzando profundidades de capa de 0,1 a 3 mm. El procesose controla informáticamente y visualiza la composición de la atmósfera, temperatura y velocidad de enfriamiento, mediante regulación automática del potencial de carbono a través de sonda de oxígeno. Se aplica a diversos tipos de piezas como ejes, engranajes, piñones, bulonería y otras.
